There is no reason you can’t feel stylish and functional while you’re actively keeping fit. While you are playing golf, tennis, running or yoga on the beach, your workout clothes can be stylish, comfortable and say something beautiful about you! In this new year, it’s all about a new you and we want to inspire you to get moving. This is California. We enjoy the outdoors all year long, and you’ll feel great on the inside and out!

Tips for Active Wear:
1. Don’t wear active-wear that is too tight. It’s not comfortable nor will you feel confident. The right fit will make it easier to feel strongly about hitting the gym or courts.

2. Leggings are not pants. Please always wear a long tee or tank to cover your girlie area, as well as wearing the proper undergarments and sports bra. Support and function are key elements.

3. Don’t be afraid to get a bit colorful. Happy bright colors get you motivated and excited. They are mood elevators.

4. It’s important to invest money in the proper pair of shoes for your activity of choice. In the long run being stylish feels awesome, but taking care of your body is the real motivation.
